PALAWAN ISLAND | Philippines

PALAWAN 2019

Palawan is a tropical paradise in the Philippines, a must-visit island that should be added to your bucket list. You will definitely fall in love with its beautiful white sandy beaches, lagoons, the 8.2-kilometer underground river, and waterfalls. And it is great for diving and snorkeling. It is also voted as “Most Beautiful Island in the World” by the readers of a travel publication Conde Nast Traveller and Travel + Leisure.

Palawan Province is located in the region of Mimaropa. It has several islands and islets. It includes the Calamian Islands consist of Busuanga Island, Coron Island, Culion Island Linapacan Island.

We visited Palawan last October 2019. It was one of the best trips. We thought that we could not visit Palawan that year because of some changes due to airline cancellation.

We stayed two nights in Puerto Princesa and 2 nights in El Nido. On our first and second night, we stayed at Joaquinn’s Bed and Breakfast in El Nido. They were also the ones who arranged our transfers from Puerto Princesa to El Nido and vice versa as well as the Puerto Princesa City Tour and El Nido island hopping for two days. In Puerto Princesa, we stayed at Master’s Pension House on our third night, and we transfer to Marina De Bay Resort and Spa on our last night in Palawan.
